OPINION
ESPINOSA, Presiding Judge.
¶ 1 Beverly Buckley appeals from the trial court’s award of attorney fees to Roy Zeagler following his success on the merits in a disputed contract action. We affirm.
Facts and Procedural History
¶ 2 The relevant facts are undisputed. In March 2007, Zeagler sued Buckley, three other individuals, and one corporate defendant, 1 alleging breach of contract and fraudulent transfer in connection with the sale of Zeagler’s business to the defendants (the contract action).
