OPINION

THOMPSON, Judge.

¶ 1 Vishal Chaurasia challenges the trial court’s grant of summary judgment and attorneys’ fees to General Motors Corporation (GM) under Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) § 12-341.01 (2004). For the following reasons, we affirm.

FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

¶ 2 Chaurasia purchased a 2001 Chevrolet Corvette on October 17, 2000 from NuCar Connection. The Corvette came with a New Vehicle Limited Warranty from GM, the manufacturer.
