The defendant, Richard Bomemann, appeals from the judgment of the trial court dissolving his marriage to the plaintiff, Marina Bomemann, awarding joint legal custody of the parties’ minor child, ordering a *510property distribution pursuant to General Statutes § 46b-81,1 and awarding rehabilitative alimony and attorney’s fees to the plaintiff.
