This is a disbarment proceeding which was heard by the district court of appeal for the second appellate district. In the course of a trial consuming several days, a great mass of testimony was presented to that court, which thereafter rendered its judgment denying the relief prayed for in the accusation. On the application of the Kern County Bar Association, which had preferred the charges, the proceeding was transferred to this court. A preliminary objection to our jurisdiction was overruled (In re McCowan, 175 Cal. 51, [170 Pac. 1100]), and the matter was brought on for hearing on its…
