The Attorney Grievance Commission of Maryland (the “Commission”), the petitioner, by Bar Counsel, acting pursuant to Maryland Rule 16-709, filed a Petition for Disciplinary Action against Jane K. Tolar, the respondent, alleging that she did engage in misconduct.
