The Attorney Grievance Commission of Maryland (“Petitioner”), by Bar Counsel acting pursuant to Maryland Rule 16-751, 1 filed a Petition For Disciplinary or Remedial Action in the Court of Appeals against Daniel Q. Mahone (“Respondent”). The petition charged that Respondent violated Rule 8.4(d) (misconduct) 2 of the Maryland Rules of Professional Conduct (“MRPC”), in his representation of clients, in three cases that were pending in the Circuit Court for Washington County.
