KRAVITCH, Circuit Judge:
The National Labor Relations Board (Board) determined that Purolator Armored, Inc. (Purolator) violated section 8(a)(1) and (3) of the National Labor Relations Act (Act), 29 U.S.C. § 158(a)(1) and (3), by threatening and intimidating coin room employees prior to a representation election and by closing its coin room imme diately following a union victory in that election.
