Tellepsen Pipeline Services Company (“Tellepsen” or “the Company”) petitions for review from a final decision and order of the National Labor Relations Board (“NLRB” or “the Board”) determining that it committed violations of sections 8(a)(1) and 8(a)(3) of the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) during a campaign by the Pipeline Local Union No. 798 (“the Union”) to organize workers.
