Respondent Navistar International Transportation Corporation manufactures and assembles medium- and heavy-duty trucks and truck parts and markets them under the International brand name. Appellant Astleford Equipment Company, Inc., is an International truck dealership located in Burnsville, Minnesota. After Navistar informed Astleford that it intended to authorize North Star Fleet Services, Inc.
