OPINION

PETERSON, Judge.

In this appeal from summary judgment, appellant Northern Realty Ventures, LLC argues that the district court erred in determining that respondent Minnesota Housing Finance Agency is the fee owner of certain property because respondent substantially and sufficiently complied with the requirements to redeem the property following a mortgage-foreclosure sale, and, by notice of review, respondent argues that the district court erred in determining that appellant was entitled to redeem the property following the foreclosure sale.
