MEMORANDUM OPINION

Following a three-day trial, a jury in this Court found that Defendant, the District of Columbia, retaliated against Plaintiff Christina Conyers Williams in violation of the District of Columbia Whistleblower Protection Act (the “DC-WPA”) and awarded Plaintiff $300,000 in damages.
