MEMORANDUM OPINION
JAMES E. BOASBERG, District Judge.
For almost twenty years, Plaintiff Ali Nessar was employed as a correctional officer with the District of Columbia Department of Corrections. In October 2008, however, he claims that he was forced to resign as a result of discrimination based on his race, religion, and national origin. Having filed an administrative complaint and having been issued a right-to-sue letter, Plaintiff filed this action under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., alleging disparate treatment (Count I), hostile work environment…
