BISHOP, J.

The plaintiff, Rebecca Merrill, appeals from the judgment of the trial court dismissing her action against the defendants, NRT New England, LLC, doing business as Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage; NRT New England, Inc., doing business as Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage; Karen A. Godfrey and V. Holly Hoyt. On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the court improperly determined that it lacked jurisdiction over her claims. We agree with the plaintiff and, accordingly, reverse the judgment of the trial court.
