Bohonnon Law Firm, LLC v. Baxter
Connecticut Appellate Court
1Opinion of the Court
Opinion
BEAR, J.
The defendant, John H. Baxter, appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendered in favor of the plaintiff, the Bohormon Law Firm, LLC, on its complaint against the defendant for, inter alia, breach of contract for legal services. On appeal, the defendant claims that the court improperly: (1) denied his motion to dismiss, (2) denied his motion to open the default, (3) curtailed his defense as to damages, (4) awarded attorney’s fees to the plaintiff and (5) failed to protect his right to due process of law. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
