Opinion

LAVEME, J.

The self-represented plaintiff, Keyin T. Worth, appeals from the judgment of the trial court, Hon. Richard M. Rittenband, judge trial referee, granting the motion to dismiss filed by the defendants, the department of transportation (department) and Joseph *508F. Marie, former commissioner of transportation.1 On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the court erred in concluding that she may not take advantage of the accidental failure of suit statute, General Statutes § 52-592 (a).2 We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
