OPINION

CARPENETI, Justice.

I. INTRODUCTION

Elizabeth Rollins appeals the decision of the superior court affirming the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board’s decision to deny her renewal of an alcohol beverage dispensary license because she failed to meet the annual operational requirements specified by statute. We affirm, although we grant leave to Rollins to pursue further relief in the superior court.
