The Sherwin-Williams Company appeals from a summary judgment entered in the Superior Court (Cumberland County, McKinley, A.R.J.) in favor of Roger Ton-dreau, Bertha Morin, Germaine Caron, Bernadette Tondreau and G & F, Inc.,1 on their complaint against Sherwin-Williams for its alleged breach of contract. Sherwin-Williams contends that it was error for the trial court to grant a summary judgment in favor of the plaintiffs and that it was entitled to a summary judgment in its favor as a matter of law.
