OPINION
PAUL L. FRIEDMAN, District Judge.
This matter, which stems from defendant’s termination of plaintiff Line Vreven’s employment, is before the Court on plaintiffs motion to amend her complaint, and on defendant’s two motions to dismiss for failure to state a claim under Rule 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The Court heard oral argument on March 18, 2009. After carefully considering the papers filed by the parties, the relevant case law, and the arguments of counsel, the Court grants plaintiffs motion to amend, and grants defendant’s motion to dismiss in part and denies…
