This is an action to recover damages for an alleged breach of contract.

Plaintiff’s complaint states that the defendants contracted to furnish all labor and materials necessary for certain repairs and improvements to plaintiff’s home; that a portion of the work was subcontracted with one Jack O’Neil; that, because of incompetent workmanship, the work was unsatisfactory, resulting in damage to plaintiff in the sum of one thousand dollars.
