DECISION AND ORDER

WARREN, District Judge.

On or about November 15, 1973, plaintiff M. Stuart Adler commenced an action against defendants Avis Rent-A-Car System, Inc. and Avis, Inc. in the County Court of Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, for damages arising out of an automobile accident in Venezuela. By petition filed herein on December 20, 1973, defendants removed the action to this Court on grounds of diversity of citizenship.
