JAMESON, District Judge.

Defendant has moved the court to transfer these actions to the District Court of the United States for the District of South Dakota, Western Division, Deadwood, South Dakota, “for the convenience of the court, parties, witnesses, and in the interest of justice”. Since the enactment of 28 U.S.C.A. § 1404(a), 1 the courts have set forth various criteria for determining motions for transfer.
