Vincent E. Davalos (“Defendant”) was convicted by the trial court of a class B felony of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver,1 and sentenced to eight years imprisonment. Defendant timely filed this appeal in which he alleges that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence. He contends that the search that produced the evidence used to convict him was not predicated on an objectively reasonable suspicion of criminal activity, violating his Fourth Amendment rights.
