In October 2003, Jodi Lynn Abercrom-bie (Defendant) was convicted after a bench trial of committing the class C felony of possessing methamphetamine. See § 195.202. 1 The court suspended imposition of sentence and placed Defendant on three years probation. In June 2006, Defendant’s probation was revoked for stealing, and she was sentenced to three years imprisonment. The court suspended execution of sentence and placed Defendant on two years probation.
