CIRILLO, Judge:

This is an appeal from an order entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Northampton County dismissing with prejudice appellant Hugh Amott’s appeal of an arbitration award. We reverse.

In August of 1988 Hugh Arnott, d/b/a Arnott Trucking (“Arnott”), orally agreed to sell appellee Matthew Stock a 1974 tractor and a “city dump” trailer for $12,000.00, to be paid in twelve monthly installments of $1,000.00 each.
