Action by appellant bank in replevin against appellees to recover the possession of a certain motor truck. The complaint was in the usual form of complaints in such actions. Appellees answered in general denial and filed a cross-complaint against appellants seeking damages for alleged fraudulent representations made by the company (Cartinhour-Bowman Company), and alleging that the bank’s right, whatever it might be, grew out of an assignment to it by the company of a series of notes and a contract of conditional sale of the truck involved executed by appellees at the time of the purchase…
