MILLER, Judge.
Auto-Owners Insurance Co. brought suit against Gilbert H. Kegerreis for indemnification based on the terms of a replevin bond application which Kegerreis had executed. The claim for indemnification arose because Auto-Owners satisfied a judgment against Kegerreis's company due to Auto-Owners' status as surety on the company's replevin bond.
