The judgment and assignments of error present for consideration this question: Does G.S. 97-47 bar plaintiff’s claim for additional compensation?
The statute authorizes the Commission, on the application of a party in interest or on its own motion on the grounds of a change in condi tion, to review any award, increasing or diminishing the compensation to be paid. By express language of the statute “no such review shall be made after twelve months from the date of the last payment of compensation pursuant to an award under this article . . .”
