In this appeal, we must decide whether plaintiff has stated a claim against defendant Tri-Met for intentional infliction of emotional distress (IIED). The trial court entered judgment on the pleadings in favor of defendant, pursuant to ORCP 21 B; plaintiff appeals. In reviewing the trial court’s ruling, we accept as true all facts alleged in the complaint and all reasonable inferences that can be drawn from those facts. Slogowski v.
