In this tort action by plaintiff V. Jo Anne Simpson against defendants Howard and Jean Burrows, husband and wife, 1 plaintiff brings claims of intimidation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, invasion of privacy, and libel. 2 Plaintiffs claims are based on her allegations that defendants authored and distributed a series of letters addressed to various persons in Christmas Valley, Oregon.
