Diamond Properties appeals from a judgment in an eminent domain action wherein it was determined that appellant had no compensable interest in property condemned by respondent, Redevelopment Agency of the City of Stockton.
On November 16, 1960, respondent gave notice to the owners and occupants of property in a nine-block area in Stockton that it intended to acquire the property by purchase or condemnation.
