This appeal involves a condemnation proceeding.
In an action filed by the City of Los Angeles (hereafter referred to as City), on May 14, 1965, said City sought to condemn (among other parcels) a particularly described parcel of land upon which was erected a grocery market building; also included in the action was a parcel of land which was owned by Allen’s Grocery Co., Inc., and which was separate and apart from the parcel upon which the building was located.
