Defendant appeals from two orders of the circuit court of Du Page County imposing one year’s court supervision on defendant and awarding attorney fees to the plaintiff. We affirm in part and reverse in part.

Defendant, William G. Lerch, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (Naperville, Ill., Municipal Code, title 11, ch. 1, §11—1—6, par. 1, subpar. 1.4) and driving with a blood-alcohol content of .10% or greater (Naperville, Ill., Municipal Code, title 11, ch. 1, §11—1—6, par. 1, subpar. 1.3) on March 6, 1987.
