Paul W. BROSman, Judge:

Following trial by general court-martial at Heidelberg, Germany, the accused was convicted of soliciting and receiving a bribe in violation of Article of War 96,10 USC § 1568, and of twelve offenses of like character, all in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 50 USC § 728. He was sentenced to dismissal and total forfeitures, and as well to confinement at hard labor for seven years.
