ALISON J. NATHAN, District Judge:
This is a securities class action brought on behalf of all persons and entities who purchased or acquired the publicly traded common stock of BioScrip, Inc. (“BioScrip”) between November 9, 2012 and November 6, 2013. The lead plaintiffs in the case are the Fresno County Employees’ Retirement Association (“Fresno”) and the West Palm Beach Police Pension Fund (“West Palm Beach” and, collectively with Fresno, “Plaintiffs”).
