This is a consolidated securities action brought on behalf of a proposed class of *5shareholders of common stock of Lions Gate Entertainment Corporation (“Lions Gate” or the “Company”). The lead plaintiff, KBC Asset Management NY, together with two additional plaintiffs (the “plaintiffs”), filed a Second Amended Complaint (“SAC”) on April 1, 2015.
