Lead Plaintiffs Ralph Langstadt and Julie Lemond (“Plaintiffs”) bring this action on behalf of a putative class of investors who purchased securities in Och-Ziff Capital Management Group LLC (“Och-Ziff’) between February 9, 2012, and August 22, 2014. (Dkt. No. 17.) Plaintiffs allege that Defendants violated the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the “Exchange Act”) by misleading investors about an investigation by the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) and the Department of Justice (“DOJ”) into Och-Ziffs investments in Africa.
