OPINION

BRUGGINK, Judge.

This is an action brought by United States Border Patrol Agents, pursuant to the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 201-219 (1994 & Supp. IV 1998). We previously held that plaintiffs in certain border patrol positions were entitled to overtime pay as a result of them wrongful classification as exempt from FLSA overtime provisions, 29 U.S.C. § 213(a). See Adams v. United States, 44 Fed.Cl. 772 (1999). Most remaining positions were found to be exempt. Id.
