This is an action to recover benefits under a health and accident insurance policy. Plaintiff had a verdict for $6,680 and defendant appeals from a judgment entered thereon.
Plaintiff worked his way up from a masonry helper through a four-year bricklayer apprenticeship until he received his journeyman’s card. Subsequently he went into business for himself as a masonry contractor.
