This is an application of John C. Brewer and a large number of other users of the water of the Cuyamaca Water Company for a writ of review wherein it is sought to have reviewed and annulled certain orders of the Railroad Commission affecting the rates paid and to be paid by said applicants for the use of water of the said company upon their respective premises.
