The plaintiffs, Susan Simone and Jacqueline W. Diana, appeal from the judgment of the trial court, rendered after a trial to the court, in favor of the defendants, Frederick W. Miller, Jr., and Gail C. Miller. *100On appeal, the plaintiffs claim that the trial court improperly found that their predecessors in title to two parcels of real property intended to abandon the majority of their easement over a portion of the defendants’ property.
