This is a declaratory judgment action wherein Quanta Indemnity Company (“Quanta”) seeks a declaration that it owes no defense or indemnity to Davis Homes, LLC (“Davis Homes”) in connection with a lawsuit filed against Davis Homes by Sherri Nichols and the Estate of Robert L. Nichols, alleging claims of negligence and wrongful death.
