This cause is before the Court on the parties’ cross motions for summary judgment. [Docket Nos. 29 and 45]. Plaintiff Rose Acre Farms, Inc. (“Rose Acre”) requests partial summary judgment and a finding that Defendants Columbia Casualty Company (“Columbia”) and The National Fire Insurance Company of Hartford (“National Fire”) owe it a duty defend pursuant to the insurance policy that Rose Acre maintained with those entities.
