The plaintiff, Demetrius P. Traggis, trustee, appeals from the judgments of the trial court reforming a contract between him and the defendant Shawmut Bank Connecticut, N.A.,2 on the defendant’s counterclaim and granting the defendant’s motion for summary judgment on the plaintiffs complaint. On appeal, the plaintiff claims that there was insufficient evidence to support the court’s decisions granting the reformation of the contract of sale and rendering a summary judgment in favor of the defendant.
