The defendant, Property Operating Co., LLC, appeals from the judgment of the trial court finding it liable to the plaintiff, Jo-Ann Stores, Inc., on a theory of unjust enrichment and awarding the plaintiff $206,741.15 in damages, plus taxable costs.
