Opinion

GRUENDEL, J.

This case involves a dispute over a right-of-way. The pro se defendant, Richard R. Lindquist, appeals from the judgment of the trial court in favor of the plaintiff, South Windsor Cemetery Association, Inc., on both the plaintiffs complaint and on his counterclaim. On appeal, the defendant claims that (1) the court improperly granted the plaintiffs motion to strike four counts of his seven count counterclaim and (2) he was deprived of due process of law. We affirm in part and reverse in part the judgment of the trial court.
