The plaintiff’s complaint in this action sought injunctive relief against the defendant restraining him from violating a restrictive covenant in a warranty deed executed by the plaintiff to the defendant. The deed conveyed title to a vacant lot in the city of Bridgeport. The de fendant filed an answer and a counterclaim.
