Background

Plaintiff Lowell Worman was employed by Defendant Farmers Cooperative Association from 1951 until 1995. From 1956 until the time of his discharge, Worman’s .employment was governed by an “Elevator Manager’s Agreement” (the Agreement). Plaintiff Evelyn Worman, Lowell’s wife, was employed as a bookkeeper for Farmers from 1971 until 1995.
