Plaintiffs Crist Ellis (“Ellis”) and Norma Wong-Larkin (“Wong-Larkin”) filed this action against United Air Lines, Inc. (“United”) after United refused to hire them as flight attendants when they applied for positions following the bankruptcy of their former employer Frontier Airlines (“Frontier”).
