BROWN, District Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiffs Petition for Award of Attorney Fees and Costs (# 66) and Plaintiffs Statement of Costs and Disbursements (# 70). Plaintiff brought this diversity action alleging Defendant engaged in unlawful employment practices in violation of Or.Rev.Stat. § 659.121. 1 In particular, Plaintiff asserted Defendant violated Or.
