Plaintiff Alexander Manufacturing Inc. Employee Stock Ownership Plan and Trust (Trust) filed this suit against defendant Illinois Union Insurance Company for breach of contract and breach of good faith and fair dealing. The Trust is the assignee of three former Alexander Manufacturing officers, who were insured under a policy issued by Illinois Union.
